Service on-time and well done, with minimum delay as I waited. Car wash only OK; there was a lot of winter Michigan grime and road bugs on the vehicle which did not come off in the auto wash. Otherwise, all great.

Other than forgetting to reattach (was loose, nut/bolt wasn't tightened) the negative battery lead to the battery, which made for an interesting time in a Fry's parking lot, the service was great and everything I came in to get fixed was taken care of without a problem.
