Amazing experience! They took care of me without hassle or any major questioning due to another dealership (Chapman) sold me a lemon and refused to help me. Luckily I purchased additional coverage and warranties on my baby! I informed them of my situation and they even rented a vehicle for me while they worked. Amazing service from front end to the Service Manager! Love these guys ! They thoroughly inspected and repaired my vehicle, charged me only a $50 deductible, then washed it and returned it to me. This was for a new car detail. Great job. They had us come back during the day as we completed the purchase late in the evening and felt it would be better if done during the day. Boy were they right. It looks great!

The service on car was great. The customer service was poor. They only offer 10 miles radius for Lyft rides. Anybody living in Phoenix knows that is not to far. They need to increase that amount it they want to increase their ratings. Their is one train person that works in parts department that is trying to take care of customers. It makes for very long wait times. They also not very well stocked for parts. I am planning in trying an other Subaru Service Deakership in Peoria next time.
