Alex took great care of me while my car was in for service. He set me up with a loaner and kept me apprised of delays on parts. He went out of the way to get me a Crosstrek when I mentioned I was looking to buy a new vehicle this spring with the Crosstrek on the shortlist. I felt he had my best interests at heart throughout the experience.

VW Dealership made me aware how important it is to have services done through them rather than some random place because VW uses original parts made just for my Automobile. Random repair shops will use any kind of parts that could potentially harm the vehicle or put me at risk when driving on the road with Grandkids.
