This will be my last time coming here. I took it here for my 180 and 200k services. It is my fault for assuming alignment was one of the things you check during these services...but it wasn't so I ruined 4 brand new tires. Then, they left the oil cap partially closed, so I had oil all over the engine and a terrible smell for days after.
Wanted the car serviced for squeaky brakes. They said they didn't squeak. When I got the car back the air conditioner was on full blast and the radio was very loud. How could they hear anything? And I heard the squeaky brakes 5 blocks away from the dealer going home.
The service department was short with me. I waited 30 minutes after I paid to get my car returned to me. Turns out that they drained my battery and had to jumpstart my car without telling me so that when I stopped on my way home at the pharmacy to pick up medication for my child my car died and I couldnt get home. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a jumpstart home. When I came into the shop nothing was wrong with my battery. Overall really poor service.
Fees, fees, and accessories!!! If you want to pay over price with a bunch of add ons this is your place.
Supposedly fixed the rear light, but its back hanging down just 2 days later
Joe, the service rep, reported the diagnosis of exhaust fumes smell in the cabin due to a bad gasket ranging in cost of $1400. Although the problem set falls well within the parameters of the VW Diesel emissions warranty coverage, Joe claimed it wasnt covered because there wasnt a check engine light on. He also reported the vehicle needing a cabin air filter replacement for $97.00, however, the cabin filter was changed 6/12/2022, mileage 71,331. Nonetheless, I picked the car up and drove home, approx 22 miles from the car de... read more
I thought my visit was unfriendly and incomplete. Three visits three! and my interior lights still dont operate properly. Can anyone in service smile? Make me feel welcome? You would have thought Id interrupted their day instead of being the CAUSE of why theyre there. Itll be inconvenient for me to go elsewhere but I just cant hold my tongue anymore I think your service department is sorely lacking
I went in for an oil change that was completed. The car continued to leak oil and went back the next day. The mechanic forced a plug that was too large into the pan and I had to have the oil pan replaced to the tune of $650. I think the dealership should have covered the cost. Requested a call from the Service Manager - shocker - did not happen. I should have least been credited for the oil change that had to be redone in a day. Not satisfied at all.
Ian is AMAZING!! I brought my car for ZakTek and I just do not understand why it was so much money and you cannot opt out. It is just a spray protection applied by hand ( which is not what they said initially by salespeople). brought my car in washed and cleaned got my car back with scratches that WERE NOT THEIR WHEN DROPPED OFF. I just want folks who handle my car at anytime to care for it they way I do. I brought the head service guy out to show him the scratches but of course he was useless.
