Your staff, your staff, your staff! And by that I mean Alejandro (Alex) Gallegos particularly. I've been to Camelback Subaru 3 times so far, and every time I've been treated with respect and consideration. That says a lot about your leadership and the way you treat, hire and train your people. Everyone else I've talked with so far has been very helpful too, whether in phone or in person. Unlike some other service centers or places of business, they jump in to help if they are free.
