Vehicle ready when promised. Service. department personnel helpful and efficient. As with most dealers pricing was high. Told I needed a new cabin air filter for $99. Replacement took me 5 min. at a cost of $13

I was very pleased at the service provided, unlike the service at another subaru dealership in chandler, where they try to sale on other services, when you decline they say they are booked solid for two weeks. And they don't provide loaner vehicles to walk-in but if I left my vehicle they might get to it within 5 days. I was provided a loaner vehicle and service was completed within 4 days. Even though this dealership is further away I'll be coming back for all my future services.

I was about to leave on a vacation trip and the rear hatch gate would not open due to a failed powered lift strut. Even though it was a Saturday morning and they were booked up and short staff, my Service Manager, Grant Draper, managed to squeeze me in and had that lift strut replaced and me on the road in about 4 hours. Saved my trip. Very professional, courteous and efficient.
Service was quick. The finance was super easy and helpful.
