They did a nice job and communicated well about each step of the process. The waiting area is comfortable and they have a fancy coffee drink machine that is yummy. There are areas to sit near the TV, and areas away from it, which I appreciate!

The service was great. However they now charge 3% if you use a credit card to pay...which did have a sign, cleverly hidden beneath the credit card machine. Need to warn folks of that fact when they hand over a credit card!! Shame on Berkshire Hathaway!!!
