Brake pad warning light had come on. Inspection revealed front brake pads had worn. So I had the front pads and rotors replaced with genuine VW parts. Rear brakes inspection showed they were fine. Excellent service.

The service team is quite nice to work with. They don't seem to upsell me on additional unnecessary services. In fact, they could get a quick $100+ for a software update but Subaru doesn't allow them to ask me if I want it! I have to remember to ask..many updates missed and several odd computer issues later, I'll finally remember to ask! I do wish they could just check for updates whenever I take my Outback in for service! It would save me a special trip and some worry that something bigger is wrong with my car.
