Terrible !!! Don't get me wrong, I love the car I ended up buying but this was the worst process and trust me you can get a car you love anywhere. For one, my cars breaks squeak....and the service light was on. They told me it had just been services but that they would double check and get back to me.....they never did (these are things I am willing to just get fixed.) The things that really ticked me off: 1) They only gave me one key. When I was there they told me they would work on getting me another key and would then mai... read more

You're just dollar signs. They don't care about you. I have purchased 2 cars from Camelback VW and had good experiences. George sold me the second car and was very pleasant to work with. A week ago, I was in again and looking at trading in my TDI that I purchased from them. They offered me $4500 for a car that I purchased from them a year ago for $15k. When I expressed how I was displeased with it because the VW TDI scandal is the reason the car's value plummeted, they came back saying they could give me $9500 since I've pur... read more

It was almost the greatest car buying experience ever, until Sat down with the business manager who tried to sell me on financing, although I had stated I was paying cash. His financing plan had gap insurance should the car be totaled.....so what's my regular insurance for? Then...he told me the total without going over the bill line by line. After I wrote the check, I got the bill and there was a $2999.00 charge for an extended waranty I did not ask for or want.. I told him to remove it. He then tried again by offering it t... read more

The worst experience trying to buy a new car This was the worst experience ever. I was trying to do all the upfront work with the Internet people, but I couldn't get a quote from anyone. Then Katie from customer service called to see if I had been contacted by anyone. When I told her that I had not, she spoke to Doug, one of the sales managers. He told her that she could work with me and get the commission because others had dropped the ball. I explained that I would like to be out in an hour and she said that was doable. I ... read more

Trinity Marion is an obnoxious bold faced liar, unbelievable unbelievable "confrontation" when I SCHEDULED an appt to look at a used car they had listed. She LIED to my face telling me she didn't "know" I had an appt yet 2+ hours earlier she sent me an email welcoming me ... giant cluster I had arrived 10-15 minutes AFTER my appointment and she told me to come back 45 minutes later ... um, I contacted them more than 3 hours earlier and scheduled an appt then too ... 3 employee witnesses to her tirade, wow! ANYONE else but he... read more

Choose any other Subaru Dealer! I was quoted an out the door sales price that was almost $8,000 over the sticker price. After it was made it clear we were not even going to entertain that number, they came back with an offer that was $2,500 over both Gilbert and Peoria's original quote on the exact same car. Unless you have money to throw away, I would suggest you shop elsewhere!

Worst Car buying experience ever! Lied to from the start and fished in just to try and get my business. Was told they had 3 2016 3.6R Outbacks to show up and be told that was not true, then they tried selling me a car that was already pre-sold and ran my credit and everything! This place does not have their stuff together and will lie through their teeth to get business... Subaru in chandler got my business!!

Spam tactics suck Do not let these people get your contact details. They will constantly nag and spam you. I can't begin to describe how irritating it is when you email someone and ask them to stop emailing you, yet they continue to do so. I had to phone up (her name was Alex, she was patient and understanding) and ask for it to finally stop. Spamming is not a good business practice. I would encourage you to shop else where.

Pressure and Lies I was told several times by sales staff that they would get me the car I wanted in the color and trim I was looking for, but that never happened. I was also told I could get the price I was asking for. Another lie. Then I kept getting pressured into settling for a car that I didn't want for prices I wasn't happy with. Something has changed at camelback Mazda. Three years ago I leased a car there and was pleased but not this time
