Disorganized Beyond Belief! This Subaru dealer is just unbelievably disorganized. We called and were told they had 4 used Foresters in stock. We arrived 30 minutes later, and our salesman could only find one, which was in pretty bad condition. We went across the street to the Hyundai dealer, and during a break between test drives I checked Autotrader.com and saw a Forester listed that met our needs, and it was listed at Camelback Subaru (where we had just been). I sent an inquiry and almost instantly received a call from the... read more
AVOID THIS DEALER Todd hayes service manager needs to be replaced. I had some work done and I had some concerns with the way some stuff was put back together. So asked Todd after his service advisor tried to give me the run around. Would you have touched this part during my last repairs because it just flew off on the freeway. His response maybe I did maybe I didn't but you can't prove it. Sorry buddy but I did prove it to subaru. They ended up paying for your mistakes. The same one i was trying to explain to you when you wa... read more
YoYo Finance! All of the horror shows of a car-buying experience can be found here. I made a deal on a 2017 Passsat SE in October of 2016. I spent over four hours at the showroom. They paid for lunch, but I don't get paid to sit at a car dealership cooling my heels. When I asked them to match the Internet deal, they gave me a song and dance and then had me sign an agreement to purchase at the advertised price. I left the dealership with the car, assuming we had a genuine deal. Until the finance person called me back two days... read more
Worst Customer Experience I set an appointment on a Tuesday morning after striking out on Saturday for a fully upgraded Impreza limited because the sales rep, Dale, said that was the best day to get a deal. This time around it was a totally different experience. Even though I was looking at a model 2 tiers lower, there was no test drive or formalities. I was immediately asked to just fill out my information to pull credit. Dale came back with the finance manager, who did not introduce himself. According to their finance mana... read more
Will not leave you alone I wanted to buy a new Subaru Forester and decided to finance through my bank. The bank provided me a contact at Camelback Subaru and I could not get the sales staff to leave me alone. I would receive calls/text messages/ and e-mails multiple times a week. I expressed that I had a timeline and would be waiting a month until I came in to purchase and during that time no one left me alone. I was pressured to try and come in before the time I was actually comfortable making the purchase. It got to a poin... read more
Car was sold before I could pick it up. When I called about a used car that was advertised on the Internet, the price before sales tax was increased by around 1700 dollars over the advertised price. There was an additional 1200 dollar cost of work that was performed on the car that was not shown in the advertised price. The documentation fee was about 400 dollars land there was even a 100 dollar fee for driving the car off the lot. My salesman did manage to bring the cost down to close to the advertised price so I agreed to ... read more
lie to your face We offered a price for a vehicle, they accepted the deal and then kept trying to add phony fees etc instead of just giving us their bottom line. So we walked not because of the $300 adtl price which we would have paid, but because we were lied to. Avoid these lying xxxxxxxx, don't waste your time.
Unhappy experience with finance The finance manager is extremely irresponsible. Completely ingore customer's request. My finance document went wrong, he isn't going to help, not even info me. Tried to call and contact him, get no respond. Very disappointing.
Liars. Don't go here! Worst ever. They told us they were getting us a car and never produced it. We had been waiting on the car and they did nothing. Sent us emails with the deal, the out the door price, then never produced the car. Won't let you talk to the owner. Tell everyone in the valley to stay away from this dealership. Horrible fraudulent liars!
