not very professional In summary: At the used car area. Lack of knowledge of vehicles, not very good at explaining offer (at least from the salesman I got) did not acknowledge my sibling when we arrived. Car was not even ready for us to view even though we called ahead and told them we were on our way. And now I keep receiving phone calls even though I wrote the GM and explained to him my experience, he/she never replied back. I also made it clear that I did not want to do business with them anymore. Now keep in mind this is... read more

Buy Anywhere Else I have had multiple terrible experiences with this dealership over the last two years. they've tried to upcharge me for vehicles and offer far less for my trade ins. When I show them other dealers prices they act shocked and come up with excuses. Recently, they lied directly to my face about a deal, and acted like they'd never heard of Subaru's guaranteed trade in program. I had to email them the price for my car and even then they tried to dance around it. I've also had trouble with the service department,... read more

Certified with TrueCar but won't honor offers Unethical. They don't honor truecar offers. I liked a car I saw at their dealership with the excessive Zaktek fees so i decided to go through truecar.com and avoid the crazy negotiations. This dealer is a certified truecar dealership and they're supposed to honor the offers made through this method. I got the real cost of the car (3k less) and then received the offer letter from the dealership. I emailed them and they confirmed is the same VIN, same car I looked at. I booked the ... read more

Warning about MPP (Mechanical Protection Plan) When leasing my car I was sold the MPP which covers many things little things over the length of the lease. This cannot be used until you end the lease. What I was NOT told, nor is it in the literature, is that if I decided to buy the car a the end of the lease, which I plan to do, that this insurance would NOT cover any problems that occurred over the time of the lease when I pay off the balance on the car. I have talked to both the the BBL company and Camelback Subaru and they... read more

Typical used car salesmen Here’s the deal , I have purchased two vehicles in the past from the user lot and the new lot , they were decent transactions but I attempted to go take a look at a 2015 Jetta.. boy was this a bad idea ... I had called ahead and had a “true car” price for the vehicle , I had filled out a credit and had my credit pulled . I had spoke with “the manager” mr Cooper and advised him of my credit situation and of my payments and asked if he could make it work . He told me he could definitely make it work a... read more

Con Artists! Tried to purchase the gold colored 2004 Ford F-150. Drove it home, and put 130 miles on it. Noticed it had a whining sound coming from the transmission. Was told to take it to AAMCO to have it diagnosed. Founds shards of metal in the transmission pan, and Camelback came and got it. AAMCO said the transmission was shot, and diagnosed what I already knew. Bad torrenson bearing behind the torque converter, and Camelback ignored the diagnoses. Told my wife and I the metal in the pan was normal wear, and refused to f... read more

Sold car to someone else after I left a $1000. deposit Salesperson, (Jesse Hernandez) and I agreed on a price for a used 2015 Subaru. I gave all personal information that was needed for a $1000.00 deposit, plus credit check. I received an email congratulating me on my new Subaru Outback; I never heard from them again. When I finally, after 3 days, was able to connect with one of the managers, (Robert Cooper), he told me the car was sold to someone else. I followed up with emails to the company owner (Joe Esposito), Manger (G... read more

Spot delivery scam I was scammed, spot delivery. They will not return my down payment and are very angry I would not sign a 23% interest loan. Would like MY down payment back, it was their fault, not ours. Promised too much, couldn't deliver. Too bad their egos don't match their character, the right thing to do is return the customers money as you failed. Regina couldn't come out of her office to speak to us. Ill assume her embarrassment kept her behind the door. I see how these people are good for business, they rob the pub... read more
