Scott,, my service provider, is very helpful and attentive. The service on the car was good. I object to the 3 percent charge on the bill when playing with a credit card. Toyota is too big a business to pass this charge to the customer.

Took care of the car service and recall. Explained everything that I needed to know. Even the person who sold me the car, Ryan Chen, came and greeted me . Everyone treated me warmly.
