Chase Jim was wonderful. I got him on the phone to set up an appointment and knew he listened. He made my appointment so easy. First time I walk out of Camelback Toyota without being mad. As a woman, I always felt taken and ignored. Last time I had my car at Camelback Toyota, I had my stepson bring it in for me. I came back with him only to pick it up. Thank You Chase. Job well done. See you next time. Also met Lesli who showed me some of the new Prius. Not ready yet but eventually. Nice to see women on the sales force.

This dealership is first class all the way. When I drove up I was welcomed right away. Jose my service attendant I’ve known for almost 13 years and he always takes good care of me. He kept me up to date during the whole process. Thanks Jose

Quick and efficient A little less upselling would be appreciated. Just some explanation as to why the recommended services indicated were necessary on my low mileage car.

Titus is always so attentive and helpful. I am very annoyed by the service charge for using a credit card! I won’t be having any major service done at Toyota because of this absurd policy!
