Poor service. Upselling the services when they are not required. I Asked for the tires to be rotated and it wasn’t done. Had a noise coming from the brake system. They did not diagnose the problem. Would not recommend this dealership.

Dealership was decent and mark-up is less than most. We bought our Sienna in Nov '23 and love it. Unfortunately, we were let down with unmet promises - leaving with the car same day and a $300 discount from Leroy that we gave up on after following up via text and phone call 6 times with varying reasons that management was not sending it, it got lost, etc. He even conned us into giving him a 5 star rating as "it was the last one he needed for the month to meet his sales quota". Well we purchased a 2024 tundra with all the extra bell and whistle and it turns out it's wear and tear. Are you kidding me!!

It appears Camelback Toyota sold me a car with an electrical short. I've had to replace the battery and call AAA twice.

The service department staff are professional, informative and helpful. DONT get fooled into buying the mechanical bumper to bumper warranty when purchasing a vehicle there…it doesn’t cover any maintenance services or wear and tear…total waste of money

I like getting their discount advertising BUT don’t like the consistency of the UPSELL for services especially when I have instructed the service tech of what I wanted! It’s a waste of MY time and yours!!!

They charge extra for credit card payments. They put wrong oil change sticker on my car windshield and they did not take complaints seriously. Definitely not to buy from that dealership
