We are no strangers to the new car process as we frequently change out our vehicles. Jake and his team at Camelback Toyota made our lease transaction a pleasurable experience. I had not been in an auto dealership in 10 yrs or so, having used an auto broker in those years. I spoke with Tracy Scrip on the phone and appreciated his genuine-ness, interest in helping me and the fact that there was no pressuring me. Having to be forced suddenly to buy a replacement car due to our 1997 chevy being totaled, We needed a car sooner than we thought. After several trips to different dealers our final stop was camelback where we met the amazing Faye. Faye is by far the BEST salesperson we have ever dealt with. She was helpful and tried extremely hard to get us in a car that we wanted in the color that I wanted. We got a great deal and she was always pleasant. When my sister and I first arrived Thomas Coggins was very friendly and offered to show us around. He asked us questions and tried finding out what I liked as opposed to pushing me around the lot to cars he wanted me to buy. I didn't once feel like he was being pushy, like many car dealers are. I just want to say that I love Craig! He made my experience with Toyota like none I have ever had before. He was easy to talk too and easy to deal with. There was no pressure in buying something that I really didn't want to buy. When I arrive he had everything ready to go and had what I wanted to look at available, this made the whole experience that much better. We were looking to replace a totaled vehicle and Camelback Toyota had a bigger inventory of the certified cars that we were looking for. I gave Tracy the price I needed him to beat and he beat it with the exact car that we wanted and fit our needs. There was no price haggling or game playing and we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We were treated very well when we were at the dealership and left with smiles...not something we expected!
Back in March I worked with Craig Rusin and he was awesome...I bought my dream car and love it. It was the best car buying experience and Craig Rusin made it happen with Camelback financing dept help. It was such a good experience took my daughter to Craig to get a Prius too...highly recommend his service and experience and knowledge.
