We were in the market to replace our Mazda 6 with a Camry Hybrid. Even though ALL OTHER DEALERS, including Longo in CA were asking full price or more. C/B discounted the car $1000.00 and had the color model etc we wanted. A no hassle positive experience. Since buying our Toyota from C/B two of my friends also bought new Toyotas from our Internet Sales rep.

Lisa was phenomenal from our first meeting. I took about a week looking at various cars around town. She single handedly was the reason I purchased at Toyota camelback. I'll look to her again for my next purchase.

Very Professional and fair negotiator. Lisa took a lot of time for us and never got impatient even as we wanted to drive the third car. Also the closing process was quick and efficient.

We went to this dealership after visiting several others and leaving disappointed. We were met by Faisel Ismael (?spelling), who directed us to Ryan Johnson. Ryan was young, enthusiastic and despite being relatively knew to Toyota knew the vehicles well. We interacted with him over the course of a few hours. John was personable, informative and helpful. He made the entire sales experience easy. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to work with, and this was during the last weekend of the month. I would recommend this dealership.

It's clear that Camelback Toyota means to provide their customers with an excellent experience. Every time I went to the dealership, a sales person met me immediately and asked how he could help. Each time I said I'm here to see Lisa Garcia, the salesperson said, "Come right this way; I'll get her for you." And he did. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot say enough about Camelback Toyota and how much I LOVE working with their incredible staff! They have bent over backwards to accommodate my every need. I went in to trade my precious Camry in for a newer vehicle, not knowing exactly what I wanted.
