I was very impressed with the service provided by Kevin, even though i told him up front that I was from out of town and just researching cars to purchase. Mitch was great. Patient, friendly, professional, always dressed well, was good with kids and remembered their names! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I felt I was treated like a queen. As I opened my car door I was greeted by JP Ha and from there it was just a GREAT new car buying experience! Jim Maunu met us in the lot and showed us the vehicles we asked about. He was very curtious and answered every question (or found someone who could). He followed up in subsequent days, including after the sale. The facility is awesome. We were introduced to key members of the staff, including a trip out to the service department to meet our new Service advisor.
I recently worked with Mohamed Nour at Camelback Toyota to purchase a new Toyota vehicle. This was my first Toyota and my first out-of-state car purchase (I'm in Texas, Camelback is in Arizona). It was painless throughout and, even, enjoyable at times. The responsiveness provided by Mohamed was pitch-perfect and very quick. The pricing was excellent. And the follow through during and, even more imporantly, after the sale and paperwork process was excellent. I would absolutely purchase from Mohamed again.
Lisa and Bruce were very helpful and understanding. They knew I was on a budget. They showed me different vehicles. I thought I wanted a RAV4. We were looking for a 2010-2009 Camry / Altima /Accord or a 2011 Sonata and did a bunch of research on inventory across the valley. Disappointed with the Sonata's we saw at Nick Mayer Hyundai (besides the fact that they were RUDE), we drove into the Camelback Toyota Showroom.
