They were great at figuring out a way for the price on the lease to be more reasonable and worked well with my schedule. They answered any questions I had.
i liked the people i had to deal with. i found a used 2010 toyota on vehix.com and called the dealer which had it advertised and made an appointment to see it. i test drove the car and was about to leave and the manager directed the salesperson to mention the 0% apr for 60 months...i ended up in a new 2011 camry for very little more than the 2010 camry.
I had a great experience, they were friendly and got me into what I wanted with out going to much over my budget. I was in and out in a reasonable time, I hear some people are at dealerships for over 8 hrs...glad that was not me. I love the new building as well, the waiting area is nice and the massage chair is the BEST enough that I almost fell asleep. Great job Camelback Toyota, I also was feel welcome when I walk into the doors.
I visited multiple other toyota dealerships before coming to Camelback, and Keith was the most understanding of all other representatives I dealt with. Nothing was hidden or covered up in the process, and unlike LM Toyota the associates worked with me and truly tried to make the deal work(regarding how much I would recieve for the trade). They listened, negotiated, and offered honest opinion and did not display any ego or agenda. The experience was what purchasing a large investment should be like. Thank You
This is the best experience we ever has buying a car! The minute my husband and I walked in the showroom Tim Mc Cune put us at ease. He spoke from the heart on why he loved the Toyota Camry and how it helped save his daughter who was broad sided in an auto accident by a SUV. He was so nice. He was not only knowledgeable of the Toyota/Scion models of my interest, but of the dealership, of Toyota, and of life in general. He was always punctual with meetings and phone calls. I liked the experience so much at Camelback Toyota--I decided to purchase a second vehicle. Two weeks ago I worked with Mike Ricci in purchasing a 2009 Pontiac Vibe, the experience was so positive, I decided to purchase a second vehicle this past Friday--a 2010 Toyota Prius.
