Normally I'm weary of car salesmen, but when I went into camelback vw to purchase a new gti nygil was there to help me with all of my questions and concerns and really made me feel like it was a decision on my part more than a demand on his. Very knowledgeable salesperson and very outgoing. Nygil is the go to man
Nygil goes above and beyond to make sure his new and old VW owners feel welcome and leave in better shape than when they showed up. Always has a smile on his face and is not your typical nagging car salesperson.

I have been reading the reviews and I wish I had before I bought my 2023 Taos there. I have had nothing but trouble with it and believe all the 1 star reviews for the service department. My car barely has 10,000 miles on it, my infotainment system hasn't worked for about a year. You have systemic issues with both sales and service. My sales experience was the worst I've ever had; not because of my salesman, but because of the people behind him. What could you do to improve, there's a lot to unpack. For starters, I'd put an end to the apologies and focus on diligence; nip those problems before your clients experience them. Bought a car here, apparently as expensive as their cars are they have a ton of recalls and the service team can care less about any of them. My new atlas makes major noise when breaking was told this is just a known Issue with this car. When I asked for a manager never got to speak to one. Too busy. First of all, I would suggest if you go here, do not see Allan. he's a very friendly young man, but he's not direct and be around the bush and he doesn't get back to you. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I was taking my wife there to purchase a third. In July I worked closely with Tyler and Jordan when looking to purchase a new car. I met with them for test drives of the vehicle, stayed in contact for 2 days until I returned to purchase the car. Prior to showing up had been texting with Tyler who stated the car was there, cleaned and ready for purchase with the car able to drive off the lot. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is not friendly whatsoever and do not give the impression that they are there to help you. The gentleman assisting me was playing a game on his phone as he was talking to me. They don't do loaner cars anymore and only give you a $10 Lyft credit round trip. Where am I supposed to go with $5? They quoted me $1,300 for a repair that ended up costing me $887 somewhere else. I'm so glad I didn't give them my money
