This service department embodies every stereotype of a sleazy auto mechanic. I have a new 2024 Taos that I've had nothing but problems with, and the service department finds anyway possible to make sure issues aren't covered under warranty. Their service manager is impossible to reach, so I hope you have better luck with the children behind their desk than I did. I'd rather trade my car in and take the loss than to give my money to these snakes

Never buy a vehicle here or get service here. They sold me a Atlas Cross Sport with a known brake issue. Refused fix it stating that it is normal to have brakes grinding and steering wheel shaking when applying the brakes. Even lying to me and stating it's dust on the rotors. When the warranty was done they said I should replace my rotors at $800 each Took it into get my oil changed and tires rotated twice didn't rotate my tires either time. Everyone I have dealt with at this place has flat out lied to me. Do yourself a favo... read more

Forced to leave 1 Star! My bosses 2003 beetle was stalling while driving. I opened up the hood to find out that the lid to the housing carriage for the battery was broken and had most likely been flopping around up and down while driving causing the battery cables that run through the lid the bovine frayed and smaller copper hairs to be torn. My boss trusted in Volkswagen Camelback for years with her car and today was a whole different story. Mind you, I brought it in on Tuesday and was told that I would have to make an ap... read more

This place is the worst. My car has been down there for 8 days. Just to get a diagnostics done. I have call 5 times to speak to someone and I get the runaround. Told Chris the service manager would call me back and he never did. On my 6 th , 7 th call nothing. The worst customer service ever. Car is still down there 10 days later and very very very little progress. Chris the customer service manager has no idea how to do his job.

We bought an 'as is' Mini Cooper in early October. It was a 2015 with 68K miles marked 'as is'. The salesman (Jordan) sent a video promoting the car - stating tires were brand new. He then confirmed verbally that a full inspection was done. Within 12 hours of purchasing the car we noticed an oil leak in the driveway. Camelback Volkswagen Service Manager refused to acknowledge the leak after having the car back for 48 hours. We took the car to a Mini Cooper specialist within 24 hours and they found that at least one tire had ... read more

Camelback VW gets a high rating for sending dozens of emails reminding me to get my electric car serviced, and dozens more reminding me to keep my appointment once I made it. Unfortunately for me and any other electric VW owners, they don't have any mechanics on site who can service their electric cars. The service technician was very polite, but the message that they couldn't provide the service they scheduled gets one star.

My wife has been taking her VW's there for over 12 years for all servicing. Yesterday was the last time either one of will be going back. She was quoted by Miles $634 for service and 60,000 service. When I picked it up for her the bill was $170 more than the estimate. Miles explained that the quote didn't include oil or taxes. I questioned him on how they couldn't figure costs of oil and taxes? Does the price change by the hour, day, week? No answer and a bad attitude from Miles. We totally got scammed

I had a difficult time making an appointment the voice prompts didn't work. I called back I was sent to a call center in India. She didn't listen to me. Called back again I was able to Schedule appointment but not for a week and a half out. Car has been in the shop for two days. I have received no updates. When I called they just send me to voicemail They close soon. No updates. No idea when my car will be done
