I am shocked and disgusted by the experience my daughter had at this dealership. She is a 19 year old college student who brought her 2017 Jetta in for a simple oil change ($115). She made an appointment for 7:30am and her car wasn't ready until after 12pm. Wow! Robbie had her sign a blue form showing the services they would be doing. Hi my name is Juan Ramirez I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Passat with a very bad gas leak it's pretty bad the smell comes inside of the cabin When I am driving. The smell makes me a little dizzy.
Very frustrated with this location. All of my service appointments are scheduled directly through the Volkswagen portal. I scheduled an oil change on my Tiguan twice. Both times I was denied service by Randy Ott. His words " You don't need an oil change until you reach 40k miles, do you want me to show you the sign? ". If you are a woman, and worse yet, from another country, please avoid these swindling crooks... my wife, from another country, went in to have "only" her oil changed... she then got a text message that stated after their inspection , there were many more issues... I bought the car form my very close friends at courtesy Volvo and knew that all was well except the oil needing to be changed... CAN YOU SAY CROOKS THEY tried to charge us for items not on the car and when we confronted them they refused to talk about it. See add on sheet and picture of the rudest sale dealer. This dealership give all dealerships the crappy rep that dealerships have.
