Exceptional customer service I would 100% highly recommend this car dealership to anyone, they did a exceptional job and the customer service it AMAZING. I was helped by Kaden and he was so patient with me, I probably took close to five hours to pick a car just because I'm a very indecisive person and he even waited for me to go get food and come back because I forgot to eat breakfast. I recently bought a new Outback trading in 2 vehicles. Gabe was courteous and knowledgeable. He went beyond the minimum level of service. I was offered a reasonable deal and was treated with respect, My only criticism of the dealership is that it is small and seemed to have a somewhat limited inventory. Gabe, however listed down all of my "wants" and came up with 99% of what I was looking for.

Outstanding From my initial contact with Kory then to sales with Dennis and final step with finance with Tu, they were all so wonderful, considering I was a very concerned and impatient buyer. Impreza to Outback David was great to work with. After my 6 year old Impreza had a “rare” issue that required an engine replacement I was less than thrilled to even look at another Subaru. David spent a ton of time with me testing out cars and made sure to keep me in line with my budget. I walked out with a certified pre owned Outback and I’m very happy with the purchase. I should also give a shout out to Brandon Peterson, Service Consultant. He has been great to work with as well.

Got what I wanted, not something they were trying to push. Listened to exactly what I was looking for then asked questions to ensure they understood exactly what I was looking for. Good Experience-no sales pitch BS thrown at us! We were not sure we were ready to purchase our Subaru yet but the salesman Kaden Nguyen never pressured with sales pitch BS. He stuck to facts. Six months later we returned pretty sure we were ready, if we got the right deal. Again, without pressuring us, they ran some numbers at our request. We ended up with a deal we couldn't walk away from. And in a much shorter amount of time than previous car purchase experiences. Thanks Camelback Subaru!
