Amazingly easy! Dennis and tu were extremely helpful and answered every question i had about my car. Dennis showed me all the features my car had and even helped me set them all up.

Excellent Work Environment The service department has been nothing but courteous and excellent to me since I began using them six years ago. The mechanics and front office staff are polite, take the time to explain which procedures they feel are necessary and why, and are very respectful if you elect to do a service yourself. For example, they noted that the air cabin filter and air intake filter were dirty, and I told them I'd take care of it to save labor costs. They aren't pushy selling services. Wonderful Experience With assistance from Kris Patel and Tu Le, getting a new Subaru Crosstrek was a wonderful, concise experience. After shopping around for a new car for about a week it was refreshing to come to this dealership and have Kris actually listen to what we told him we were looking for, without the extensive haggling and annoyance we experienced elsewhere in the valley.
