Excellent Work Environment The service department has been nothing but courteous and excellent to me since I began using them six years ago. The mechanics and front office staff are polite, take the time to explain which procedures they feel are necessary and why, and are very respectful if you elect to do a service yourself. Wonderful Experience With assistance from Kris Patel and Tu Le, getting a new Subaru Crosstrek was a wonderful, concise experience. After shopping around for a new car for about a week it was refreshing to come to this dealership and have Kris actually listen to what we told him we were looking for, without the extensive haggling and annoyance we experienced elsewhere in the valley.
