Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff Kaden Nguyen helped us with the purchase of our 2019 Subaru Outback at the Camelback VW Subaru in Phoenix and we LOVE it. Easy experience overall Very low pressure and they made the deal I was looking for, yet didn’t think was possible. The only slight negative was the first round of pricing/finance options that came back we’re not anything we had discussed (ie I was either going to put down $6K, $8K, $12K and knew I’d qualify for the special interest rate of 0.9%. Friendly service Having just moved to the Phoenix area, I felt like a stranger in a big, new city, but the Camelback Subaru team honestly made me feel welcomed to the community. They took their time and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Kris was wonderful in every way. Everyone was so helpful and Kris was amazing from beginning to end. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Kris embodied everything that a car salesman should be.

No Pressure! We have always viewed buying a car as a hassle. Haggling back-and-forth being pressured by overbearing sales people. Our experience was nothing like that. Megan was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed at her professionalism and her light hearted personality. She listened to what we wanted and needed and then conveyed that to the sales manager. She followed up with us to see if we had any questions or problems. A few days later we received another text checking up on us.

Worked through everything with us From the first conversation we had with Kaden, we knew he was going to take good care of us. Working with us and our situation was not easy, but everyone that worked with us made it real simple and really listened to our wants. Kaden was extremely personable and no one was pushy whatsoever; it really all was on us.

Best dealership experience ever Everything was very relaxed from the start. I knew the car I wanted, and they worked with me on a deal without any of the shady tactics I’ve experienced with other dealers in the past. The price we agreed to was the price when I signed the final contract. Kory, Van, Tu and Tully were really friendly and professional throughout the process. Next time I’m in the market, I’ll definitely reach out to see if they have something I’m interested in.
