Dennis Le is awesome and will take care you We are from Tucson and spoke with many dealers in both the Tucson and Phoenix area before purchasing a new car. Service in Service Dept. Robert, my Service advisor, was professional and very helpful the three times my car was serviced so far this year (2019). Brandon was my previous Service advisor, and I was very happy with him also.

Quick, simple and painless I went in to take a look at the 2019 Crosstrek. Megan was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me into a purchase. I will definitely be recommending her and the rest of the Camelback Subaru team. They were able to get me a reasonable amount for my trade in and made the decision to buy an educated and easy one. I love my new Crosstrek and look forward to many years of adventures in it.

Excellent Customer Service A+ Experience! Luigi was so friendly and helpful. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. We were always updated. We were offered food and drinks which was so nice! This has been the best car buying experience I have had and this is my 5th Volkswagen.

Much better Good experience this time around - was able to negotiate a competitive price relatively easily with no surprises once we agreed on OOD numbers. Megan provided a good test drive with time to try the car on city streets and the highway, as well as trying out CarPlay etc. Not just around the block. Only comment would be the number of contact points provided (ended up with say 5 different folks emailing at different times from different perspectives) but it all worked out well enough.

My dream upgrade I was hoping to take advantage of the Final Edition beetle availability but it just wasn’t in the cards. These guys went above and beyond to help me out but my eyes are bigger than my wallet. I bought out the lease of my 2016 beetle which works for me for now. I love these guys, they are like family when trying to get you in your dream car.
