They keep on bugging me to the point of it being harassment I purchased a Jetta in 2012. It was the most uncomfortable car I ever drove. More then an hour and my xxx fell asleep. Terrible experience Do not go there, terrible. I went with my family to buy 2017 Subaru which has not come yet. I give them a trade in and we agreed about the trade value ON CONTRACT and they took a deposit. Waited for few weeks for the Subaru to come and when it did. I went to them then he asked me for the trade car key to give it to used car adviser. At this time I know there is something fishy because we agreed already. Shady sales department My wife and I are shopping for a used car. Wife goes to the dealership to test drive a VW the dealer has posted online for $14k. Dealership tries to pressure her into signing a contract for the same car for 19k at 14% interest ( we qualified at our bank for less than 3% ). After haggling back and forth, sales manager comes over and tries to use the "badger the dumb girl until she caves" approach. Fortunately my wife is smarter than they are and sees through the games. Bait and Switch - Used car SCAM I have been searching for the right car for a while, and finally found what I was looking for on the Camelback Subaru website, Certified Pre-Owned WRX Hatchback. Nice! Let me start off by saying I rarely have anything negative to say when it comes to the service industry, working with the public is difficult at best. Dishonest sales manager Tried to blame buyer for damaging a brand new car that had been damaged prior to sale. Not at all honest. Cases like this make it nice to have a relative who's a lawyer. Fortunately the factory warranty can be honored at other dealerships.
Terrible !!! Don't get me wrong, I love the car I ended up buying but this was the worst process and trust me you can get a car you love anywhere. For one, my cars breaks squeak....and the service light was on. They told me it had just been services but that they would double check and get back to me.....they never did (these are things I am willing to just get fixed.) A week ago, I was in again and looking at trading in my TDI that I purchased from them. They offered me $4500 for a car that I purchased from them a year ago for $15k.
