Bait and Switch - Used car SCAM I have been searching for the right car for a while, and finally found what I was looking for on the Camelback Subaru website, Certified Pre-Owned WRX Hatchback. Nice! Dishonest sales manager Tried to blame buyer for damaging a brand new car that had been damaged prior to sale. Not at all honest. Cases like this make it nice to have a relative who's a lawyer. Fortunately the factory warranty can be honored at other dealerships.

Terrible !!! Don't get me wrong, I love the car I ended up buying but this was the worst process and trust me you can get a car you love anywhere. For one, my cars breaks squeak....and the service light was on. They told me it had just been services but that they would double check and get back to me.....they never did (these are things I am willing to just get fixed.) You're just dollar signs. They don't care about you. I have purchased 2 cars from Camelback VW and had good experiences. George sold me the second car and was very pleasant to work with. A week ago, I was in again and looking at trading in my TDI that I purchased from them. They offered me $4500 for a car that I purchased from them a year ago for $15k. It was almost the greatest car buying experience ever, until Sat down with the business manager who tried to sell me on financing, although I had stated I was paying cash. His financing plan had gap insurance should the car be totaled.....so what's my regular insurance for? Then...he told me the total without going over the bill line by line. The worst experience trying to buy a new car This was the worst experience ever. I was trying to do all the upfront work with the Internet people, but I couldn't get a quote from anyone. Trinity Marion is an obnoxious bold faced liar, unbelievable unbelievable "confrontation" when I SCHEDULED an appt to look at a used car they had listed.
