Will not leave you alone I wanted to buy a new Subaru Forester and decided to finance through my bank. The bank provided me a contact at Camelback Subaru and I could not get the sales staff to leave me alone. I would receive calls/text messages/ and e-mails multiple times a week. Car was sold before I could pick it up. When I called about a used car that was advertised on the Internet, the price before sales tax was increased by around 1700 dollars over the advertised price. There was an additional 1200 dollar cost of work that was performed on the car that was not shown in the advertised price. The documentation fee was about 400 dollars land there was even a 100 dollar fee for driving the car off the lot. lie to your face We offered a price for a vehicle, they accepted the deal and then kept trying to add phony fees etc instead of just giving us their bottom line. So we walked not because of the $300 adtl price which we would have paid, but because we were lied to. Avoid these lying xxxxxxxx, don't waste your time.
Unhappy experience with finance The finance manager is extremely irresponsible. Completely ingore customer's request. My finance document went wrong, he isn't going to help, not even info me. Tried to call and contact him, get no respond. Very disappointing.
Liars. Don't go here! Worst ever. They told us they were getting us a car and never produced it. We had been waiting on the car and they did nothing. Sent us emails with the deal, the out the door price, then never produced the car. Won't let you talk to the owner. Tell everyone in the valley to stay away from this dealership. Horrible fraudulent liars!
Avoid this dealership Don't buy used car here. U will buy a car without floor mat. They took the floor mat to resale and say the car confess without flor mat. All words promised aren't achieved. PROMISED to put a floor mat,,, promised fix scratches, not fix. ,,, promised to pop out dent,,, not pop out... the next day I bought the day I eeded to take the car to Toyota dealership for repair. They may sell u a car that is not functioning properly. DON'T trust a word from their mouth
They keep on bugging me to the point of it being harassment I purchased a Jetta in 2012. It was the most uncomfortable car I ever drove. More then an hour and my xxx fell asleep. Felt cramped up and just uncomfortable. I got rid of it a couple of years ago. I would never buy another one. I am constantly, on a regular basis receiving phone calls from the dales team asking me if I would like to trade it in and upgrade, blah blah blah. Terrible experience Do not go there, terrible. I went with my family to buy 2017 Subaru which has not come yet. I give them a trade in and we agreed about the trade value ON CONTRACT and they took a deposit. Waited for few weeks for the Subaru to come and when it did. I went to them then he asked me for the trade car key to give it to used car adviser. At this time I know there is something fishy because we agreed already. Shady sales department My wife and I are shopping for a used car. Wife goes to the dealership to test drive a VW the dealer has posted online for $14k. Dealership tries to pressure her into signing a contract for the same car for 19k at 14% interest ( we qualified at our bank for less than 3% ). After haggling back and forth, sales manager comes over and tries to use the "badger the dumb girl until she caves" approach. Fortunately my wife is smarter than they are and sees through the games.
