Not surprised Came in this morning to get my wife’s car serviced while waiting in the service area you over hear a lot of conversations by the sales guys using vulgar language without any care in the world. Referring to a potential customer who was not ready to make a purchase but the sales rep refoto him as a “jerk”. And to hear how they want to treat people in general. Won't honor their own quote The dealership would not honor the cost they quote on their own web site. They added almost $3K of useless options and are not honest about it on their web site.

Poor service post negotiation like APR rate Pricing was competitive but their interest rate(APR) for the excellent credit score is worst in Phoenix and won’t honor competitors rate as per their website. Poor website with respect to financial calculations with lot of errors. They didn’t help in transferring my existing license plate.

Car didn’t even make it 2weeks after purchase My wife REALLY wanted a Subaru Forester XT. She found one here at Camelback Subaru/Mazda/Volkswagen but unfortunately 2weeks after driving it locally nothing crazy only went through 1tank of gas haven’t even filled it for a second time yet, the car through a CHECK ENGINE CODE for three(3) items and ALL said “STORED” which means they were already there logged in the brain of the computer and they just erased them so the light would clear and they could make a sale. 🤯 After this i... read more

Waste of my time I had an appointment at 8am for the airbag recall. When i checked in they confirmed that my appointment was for the airbag, so i went and sat down. TWO HOURS later, they call me to the counter to let me know they couldn't work on my car because they don't have the part they need. Really not sure why i had to wait for two hours when my car wasn't even being worked on. Such a waste of time, and now I still have to go back because I need this taken care of. not very professional In summary: At the used car area. Lack of knowledge of vehicles, not very good at explaining offer (at least from the salesman I got) did not acknowledge my sibling when we arrived. Car was not even ready for us to view even though we called ahead and told them we were on our way. Buy Anywhere Else I have had multiple terrible experiences with this dealership over the last two years. they've tried to upcharge me for vehicles and offer far less for my trade ins. When I show them other dealers prices they act shocked and come up with excuses. Recently, they lied directly to my face about a deal, and acted like they'd never heard of Subaru's guaranteed trade in program. Certified with TrueCar but won't honor offers Unethical. They don't honor truecar offers. I liked a car I saw at their dealership with the excessive Zaktek fees so i decided to go through truecar.com and avoid the crazy negotiations. This dealer is a certified truecar dealership and they're supposed to honor the offers made through this method.
