We are having sooooo many issues at PGCC!!! People voice opinions and "vote" but nothing gets accounted for...we have squatters living in foreclosed homes, rooms, yes rooms, for rent on Craiglist in houses whose owners are not even paying dues with no repercussions! The residents of PGCC moved into the community we did for its uniqueness and this company's lack of maintenance on common area Chicago brick and grass that the residents pay for gas now been so neglected it needs to be replaced!
This is the most awful Property Management you will ever encounter. They have terrible customer service and have absolutely no interest in helping homeowners, which are the ones paying them. I contacted the property manager for Regency Lakes Rick Turner and Virginia Trent on multiple occasions and have yet to receive a response. I have even sent a certified letter and NOTHING! I will go out of my way to write a bad review about Campbell Property Management on every possible website I can find.
