Being on the board for 10 yrs and a past president for 3-4 years I can not say enough about the Campbell Management team. Donna Childrey, property manager of Pacc 53 is the best property manager this building has had. She is a hard working women and very efficient, knowledgeable and promp in what she does. Always has her properties in tip top shape. Campbell management is very lucky to have her. After attempting to find a resolution to an issue I was rudely attacked by Paula Rappola at the Winston Trails office. She did not want to hear anything my grandmother or I had to say. She told me to "get out of her office". As I walked out, she then began to chase us out of the office and mock me. She told me I was too young and uneducated to understand anything. How do you get away with what you do as a company? You manage our neighborhood community in Boca Raton, Florida. We received an email on July 5th from one of your property managers, Heidi Womack, who stated, "Attached is a proposal from Carlucio for the removal of the dead palm tree in your side yard. This tree must be removed within 5 days or we will proceed with having the work done and bill you for this service." We are having sooooo many issues at PGCC!!! People voice opinions and "vote" but nothing gets accounted for...we have squatters living in foreclosed homes, rooms, yes rooms, for rent on Craiglist in houses whose owners are not even paying dues with no repercussions! The residents of PGCC moved into the community we did for its uniqueness and this company's lack of maintenance on common area Chicago brick and grass that the residents pay for gas now been so neglected it needs to be replaced!
