If Paula Rappold from Winston Trail management would respond to my emails as opposed to blocking them. And respond in an honest manor as opposed to trying to cover her actions up... But I'm guessing you don't care....

We are disappointed regarding your response, especially the timing. You asked several detailed questions about parking enforcement and all of those questions were answered via email on Monday, the day before you wrote this post. Did you not receive this response? If not, let us know and we will send it to you. I also understand the property manager called you on multiple occasions to confirm you received and understood the information – but you did not call her back.

Today I received a Ten Day Demand Letter about my HOA fees being overdue. My account number is BCA-B7385. If you look at your records you will find that I originally contacted you on the day I closed asking for information, to which I received a terse response, telling me to be patient. When I never received my packet I contacted you again on August 27th requesting my packet. I was then told it was put in the mail to me. It doesn't matter what you push, your in the service industry and your number one priority should be service. It is non existent with the people who work here. They could care less how many times you call, they could care less what the issue may be, it's like there programmed to always respond with NO compassion, empathy or politeness. This company is pathetic.

James Hotchkiss is not to be trusted he is nothing short of a snake oil salesman.

Richard: I have reached out to James in regards to your comment. He explained the situation to me as follows: The Board of your community towed your car for having an expired tag. James told you he would speak with the Board about reimbursing you for towing expenses, but your Board voted unanimously to not waive the fees or pay for it. Stop telling lies or stalling in regards to heating the pool per contract agreement @ Andalucia Development 5184 Beland Drive, Lake Worth, Florida 33467. Every person I have talked with is totally fed up w/ Campbell & Lennar!

Lynne: We are sorry about the issues with your community's heated pool. Unfortunately, this is an issue with your pool builder, Champion Pools. The pool heaters should have been working when the clubhouse was turned over to the HOA, but they were not. The property manager is working very hard to get the heater for your pool working.

Almost 4 weeks since my back yard has been mowed- ridiculous ... our community is looking worse & worse.
