CPM hires their sister company to do landscaping in my community. They destroyed my yard. Mature plans just hacked to the ground and CPM has done nothing to ensure the issue is addressed. Zero follow up. Zero accountability for the landscaping company they hired.

Seven Bridges in Delray Beach is a disastrous mess. Heidi is being bullied by Corrupt HOA president and his commandos. She and Campbell property management company are shaking in their boots so they don't loose their jobs and contract. I am unsure what association you reside in, but your tennis court is most likely locked due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we are all experiencing. Heidi Womack -Seven Bridges property manager does not possess the skills , knowledge or experience to manage a large community. Judging by her work so far , Her skill level is best suited for low income rentals where she can better relate to that demographic. In my opinion, Campbell property management hires bottom of the bucket "green" employees that do have specific knowledge or specialized skills to maintain order or resolve homeowner day to day issues in higher income communities.
If Paula Rappold from Winston Trail management would respond to my emails as opposed to blocking them. And respond in an honest manor as opposed to trying to cover her actions up... But I'm guessing you don't care....

We are disappointed regarding your response, especially the timing. You asked several detailed questions about parking enforcement and all of those questions were answered via email on Monday, the day before you wrote this post. Did you not receive this response? If not, let us know and we will send it to you. I also understand the property manager called you on multiple occasions to confirm you received and understood the information – but you did not call her back.
Today I received a Ten Day Demand Letter about my HOA fees being overdue. My account number is BCA-B7385. If you look at your records you will find that I originally contacted you on the day I closed asking for information, to which I received a terse response, telling me to be patient. When I never received my packet I contacted you again on August 27th requesting my packet. I was then told it was put in the mail to me.
