Quite paying lip-service and solve the problem of the Junk-Man running a junk business out of Oakbrook useing the Halls, storeroom and old vans in the parking lot to store junk. Would you like to get off the elevator in your building to see an old toilet seat on the rug next to the junk-mans door in the Hall?

Kelly will make sure that the board and manager know of the situation, the problems caused by the junk, and some possible options for the board to take. Your Property Manager, Anita has sent the matter to the attorney to try and get it resolved. We are working hard to get this issue resolved for you.
John Messina is not trustworthy and under his management our property has gone to the dogs. Breakers is dirty, landscaping horrible, paint chipping and lobby ceiling falling apart. Unapproved entry into my unit and sharp, nasty comments from him are disturbing. Breakers property values have fallen under his management.

Campbell is horrible. They refuse to open our community pool due to Covid even though it is allowed to be open. And yet they are still charging the community full HOA fees which include the pool. We are being ripped off by Campbell property management. They are pocketing our HOA money and not having to spend it on opening up the pool

Justin: Campbell works as an agent for your Board. We do not make the decision on whether your community amenities should open or not; your Board makes that decision. We have many communities that have chosen to open their amenities. This was a decision made by their Board, not by Campbell. Amenities still need to be kept up and taken care of whether they are being used or not.

i decided its not safe to rent from a company who does not tell you about fee charges that are included in renting the apartment. I was not told about the NSF fees pet fees why i only had to give ***** dollars then be told but corporate office that was not the full deposit after being told by your local office at Paraiso Estates that the deposit was only ****$ and other charges added to my account. Ms Studanski - I believe there is some confusion. We do NOT rent apartments. We are a community management company - providing support to the board of directors at Associations. We have no relationship with Paraiso Estates. You must have us confused with some other company. We are Campbell Property Management.
CPM hires their sister company to do landscaping in my community. They destroyed my yard. Mature plans just hacked to the ground and CPM has done nothing to ensure the issue is addressed. Zero follow up. Zero accountability for the landscaping company they hired.
