Should be called Crickets property management, because that's all I get every time I leave a message for my property manager. I swear she doesn't exist, but I know that's not true because I have met her once when she was 45 minutes late to our homeowners association meeting. Time to start a petition in the neighborhood.

hello- the men were out after irma the NEXT DAY checking our street! we have been living in the bluffs for 20 years and the past couple years with cpm has been really nice. communication is better, there is a sense of respect for what we homeowners want, little things like not butchering the beautiful mature bougainvillea at bloom time, letting us park our truck in the driveway, where it wont get hit AGAIN, and just listening to our suggestions even if they arent implemented right away or at all(saltwater pool- too costly). ... read more

They also hire outside vendors who are relatives to do their work at a much higher cost. If you call one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. No one can answer a question for you and the person who knows anything is never in.

My husband and I live in Bent Creek, we rely on our property manager because the HOA has not been turned over yet. With that said, I'm appalled any community would look like this one for any reason! We have cars that haven't moved in over a year, dogs living in garages or on back porches, people living in garages, several families raise chickens (that frequently get loose in the neighborhood), hideous backyard gardens causing pests like rats, constant parking violations, trees being planted past the easement ...I could go on... read more

He emailed me the Violations Inspection Report for the last two years which documents all of the violations that have been issued by your property manager. He also mentioned that he asked you to email him any photos and addresses of concern to you. Please send these photos to him so we can take care of any issues. Thank you.
