James told you he would speak with the Board about reimbursing you for towing expenses, but your Board voted unanimously to not waive the fees or pay for it. Stop telling lies or stalling in regards to heating the pool per contract agreement @ Andalucia Development 5184 Beland Drive, Lake Worth, Florida 33467. Every person I have talked with is totally fed up w/ Campbell & Lennar!

Lynne: We are sorry about the issues with your community's heated pool. Unfortunately, this is an issue with your pool builder, Champion Pools. The pool heaters should have been working when the clubhouse was turned over to the HOA, but they were not. The property manager is working very hard to get the heater for your pool working.
Almost 4 weeks since my back yard has been mowed- ridiculous ... our community is looking worse & worse.

Can't wait to get out of here. Campbell Property Management Company hasn't been good to me. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Hoping to move in the new year year into a property that is not managed by them.

Per your email to us and after speaking with your property manager in regard to your issue over your neighbor's landscaping interfering with your lake view, it needs to be noted that your community is still under developer control by Lennar. The Board of Directors at Lennar makes all decisions. Campbell Property Management simply administrates those decisions. Should be called Crickets property management, because that's all I get every time I leave a message for my property manager. I swear she doesn't exist, but I know that's not true because I have met her once when she was 45 minutes late to our homeowners association meeting. Time to start a petition in the neighborhood.
