Can't wait to get out of here. Campbell Property Management Company hasn't been good to me. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Hoping to move in the new year year into a property that is not managed by them.

Per your email to us and after speaking with your property manager in regard to your issue over your neighbor's landscaping interfering with your lake view, it needs to be noted that your community is still under developer control by Lennar. The Board of Directors at Lennar makes all decisions. Campbell Property Management simply administrates those decisions. Should be called Crickets property management, because that's all I get every time I leave a message for my property manager. I swear she doesn't exist, but I know that's not true because I have met her once when she was 45 minutes late to our homeowners association meeting. Time to start a petition in the neighborhood.

hello- the men were out after irma the NEXT DAY checking our street! we have been living in the bluffs for 20 years and the past couple years with cpm has been really nice. communication is better, there is a sense of respect for what we homeowners want, little things like not butchering the beautiful mature bougainvillea at bloom time, letting us park our truck in the driveway, where it wont get hit AGAIN, and just listening to our suggestions even if they arent implemented right away or at all(saltwater pool- too costly). ... read more

They also hire outside vendors who are relatives to do their work at a much higher cost. If you call one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. No one can answer a question for you and the person who knows anything is never in.
