Probably one of the worst places to get help or ask questions about the place your living in. The lady was rude and told me don't argue with me when I was simply asking why never again will I renew my lease with them and I would advise other people not to either they aren't there to help you they are there to take your money and your just another clog in there system.

Horrible service!!! Very frustrating!! Brian is the busiest person. Actually he is more busier than the President of the country.
Being on the board for 10 yrs and a past president for 3-4 years I can not say enough about the Campbell Management team. Donna Childrey, property manager of Pacc 53 is the best property manager this building has had. She is a hard working women and very efficient, knowledgeable and promp in what she does. After attempting to find a resolution to an issue I was rudely attacked by Paula Rappola at the Winston Trails office. She did not want to hear anything my grandmother or I had to say. She told me to "get out of her office". As I walked out, she then began to chase us out of the office and mock me. She told me I was too young and uneducated to understand anything.
