My husband and I live in Bent Creek, we rely on our property manager because the HOA has not been turned over yet. With that said, I'm appalled any community would look like this one for any reason! We have cars that haven't moved in over a year, dogs living in garages or on back porches, people living in garages, several families raise chickens (that frequently get loose in the neighborhood), hideous backyard gardens causing pests like rats, constant parking violations, trees being planted past the easement ...I could go on... read more

He emailed me the Violations Inspection Report for the last two years which documents all of the violations that have been issued by your property manager. Horrible horrible property management. I've never had to deal with more unprofessional people in my entire life! We rented a club house THREE MONTHS in advance and the our party came the clubhouse was completely wrecked inside and out. When I spoke with someone from the property management they were everything but helpful. Their solution was to "take pictures". This company doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. Very bad management at Jupiter Country Club. A common complaint in the neighborhood is a lack of responsiveness. Mine deals with no accountability for mistakes. I, along with many of my neighbors, am beginning an initiative to cancel their contract so we can bring in an organization with integrity and a focus on customer service.
I live on Singer Island and my condo property, Waterglades has been with this company for the past year and they are horrible. We've had the same on-site Manager who has decided she does not need to communicate with owners, i.e. Beach restoration, all-day drilling, property projects so our "season " has turned into a horror movie. She allows vendors to run the show while they park in owners spots and she does nothing. Unprofessional is the only way to describe this company and my experience at Waterglades on Singer Island. Little or no communication- we are lucky if we learn about projects after they start. Allow vendors the run of our property, elevators etc. not following bylaws, rules etc for vendors making life uncomfortable for the owners. Don't bother to contact them they don't bother return phone calls, emails etc.
