Horrible horrible property management. I've never had to deal with more unprofessional people in my entire life! We rented a club house THREE MONTHS in advance and the our party came the clubhouse was completely wrecked inside and out. When I spoke with someone from the property management they were everything but helpful. Their solution was to "take pictures". This company doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. Very bad management at Jupiter Country Club. A common complaint in the neighborhood is a lack of responsiveness. Mine deals with no accountability for mistakes. I, along with many of my neighbors, am beginning an initiative to cancel their contract so we can bring in an organization with integrity and a focus on customer service.
I live on Singer Island and my condo property, Waterglades has been with this company for the past year and they are horrible. We've had the same on-site Manager who has decided she does not need to communicate with owners, i.e. Beach restoration, all-day drilling, property projects so our "season " has turned into a horror movie. She allows vendors to run the show while they park in owners spots and she does nothing. I contacted your property manager who supplied me with numerous emails of her back and forth with you. The projects have taken longer than expected due to high winds and rain as she explained to you. Unprofessional is the only way to describe this company and my experience at Waterglades on Singer Island. Little or no communication- we are lucky if we learn about projects after they start. Allow vendors the run of our property, elevators etc. not following bylaws, rules etc for vendors making life uncomfortable for the owners. Don't bother to contact them they don't bother return phone calls, emails etc.
This company is a horrible joke. They tow cars of hard working people who live in neighborhoods they manage. After years with dealing with them I am finally going to move out of my neighborhood after 10 years because of Campbell. Bad people.

I live in the Waterways at Quietwaters, a property that is managed by Campbell Property Management. In the 3 months since I purchased my home, I have reached out with security concerns within my community, only to be told by John Tight, the CEO, that it is not his problem, in so many words. Our Townhome Board alone pays $75,000 per year for Campbell to manage our property, yet when I ask for help, I have been told they cannot help as they do not control the access control of the community.
