Product Issues Camp mart send me this trailer damaged. It was supposed to be brand new. The bumper was messed up. They fixed that the floors were messed up. They fixed that they did not explain that you had the *****. The pipes so I had water all over the trailer. Now my floor in the compartment is soft and they are trying to blame it. On the seal, even that they did not tell anyone to seal. The trailer which that should have been done, which was improperly done when I got it. Also, there was screws missing on the siding. Billing Issues August 2023, NEW, ***** ***** ******** 45' Park Model. Total: $199,333.92 @9.49% After additional unexpected costs preparing the lot location (what I was told at time of sale for preparation was way off base and my unit remained on the sales lot) plus the timing for contractors, family frustration and a serious diagnosis in my personal health, I had no recourse other than to abandon my plans and put it up for sale. Product Issues We have been dealing with them for 4 years. We purchased originally a recreational vehicle for $80,000.00. There were 64 faults with the new trailer some of which were life threatening. We had a horrendous time trying to resolve with them and they ended up swapping the vehicle out for a brand new one. Delivery Issues On September 25, 2025 I signed a contract to purchase a 2017 ***** ********* from Campmart, Windsor. In this contract it stated that a motorized tongue jack would be installed. I finally received my camper back from them after 4 weeks and me having to constantly bug them to get it back. At this time the tongue jack was not installed and I am still waiting. Service or Repair Issues I purchased an extended warranty from CampMart for my trailer. Repairs were performed last year, but the issues were not properly resolved. In May 2025, I contacted CampMart to follow up on the status of the repairs. I received no response despite repeated attempts to get an update. Only after I posted a negative review on ****** did I receive a call the same day, asking me to remove the review rather than addressing the actual repair issues. Service or Repair Issues I am so extremely frustrated and angry with Campmart. My first time buying a trailer and treated me like gold just to get a sale. Since then no one calls you back, my trailer is less than 3 months and is already falling apart. My trailer is parked so it’s not on bumpy roads travelling. Product Issues We thought we bought a 2025 but they sold us a 2024. Our sales guy told us it was coming straight from Indiana and we found out it was actually 30 minutes away. Otherwise we would have looked at the trailer before hand, the trailer showed up with cracks, a broken skylight, missing screen door, and a PDI report listing 26 interior flaws—scratched countertops, worn dinette, broken cupboards, loose floorboards, and more.
