Service or Repair Issues August 5th 2025 latest drop off to the dealer for repair. since i bought my 19 foot rv trailer it has been a problem. i have taken the trailer to Camp mart in kitchener two times to fix the air conditioning. they have kept the trailer both times for approximately one week, both times without fixing the Air conditioning. i have sent a video to the production manger(on his request) to show the fault with the Ac. known issues camp mart hasn't fixed : Ac, 2 mushroom lights, trim under doors above table.... read more

It was running all day yesterday without any problems.We explained that, under warranty, a replacement A/C can only be approved if we can confirm a defect. Delivery Issues We purchased a trailer June 9 2025 . As of today, July 22 2026 we still have not received the unit. The dealership has committed multiple times to delivery dates but they have all passed. We have made 3 payments, had to cancel our vacation and now they don’t answer our calls. Sales and Advertising Issues On June 14th, we visited CampMart RV after seeing their advertisement at ********** in Tillsonburg. The flyer prominently displayed trailers for under $18,000. Upon arrival, we were immediately attended to by ******, who openly admitted he wasn't a trailer salesman. He was soon joined by *****, who also confessed to lacking expertise in trailers. As outlined in the bill of sale provided by the customer, all charges—including the net amount of $33,925.09, the 7.49% cost of borrowing, and applicable fees for Freight, PDI, and the extended service contract—are clearly itemized. The bill of sale also notes that all sales are final.The unit has been delivered and is currently in the customer’s possession. As such, the terms of the agreement will remain in place.

Service or Repair Issues I purchased a brand new 2024 ***** ***** ****from CampMart Kitchener 401 AutoGroup on *** ******* *** ********** ** *** ***in February 2025. In April 2025, the trailer was moved into storage until I picked it up at the beginning of May. I was able to officially "move in" to my trailer on May 15th when my trailer park opened for the season. Upon moving in, we noticed a few issues but nothing major. Order Issues I have a structural issues which is causing my floor to consistently shift any time it's moved. They have had 2 attempts at fixing this issue so far to date. I now have a new floor issue which was the same as what it went in for. They peeled my floor and I stalled a new one and installed this new one in worse condition then the previous. Sales and Advertising Issues RV Purchase. I just wanted pricing, just starting to look. CampMart immediately treats you as a confirmed buyer. They said we got you down to “$143.63 Bi-Weekly All-In !!” They print av1/4 inch pile of papers and just quickly say what each is and get signatures and initials. Service or Repair Issues I purchased a travel trailer for parking year round at seasonal campground located less than 30 minutes from the store where I purchased the trailer brand new in December 2023. I've called numerous times since April 2024 until the end of my first season with it about warranty issues, primarily the fridge. Delivery Issues We purchased a camper on April 29 2024 we were told camper would be ready in a week to week and a half. Now we are being told we will maybe get it May 22 2024. When I called them and told them to either make deliver at the promised time or I didn’t want it I was told that was not an option.
