Excellent Service Our stay was excellent right in the Middle of time square n was able to go anywhere, any time with ease. The front office was helpful and the lifts were working all the time during our 10 day stay. Surely our expectations were met and we’ll definitely stay there again during our next visit.
Good value for money The ubicación was just perfect, a walking distance from all the mayor attractions, bed was good as well. Very happy with the hotel. Customer service very good as well. The only downside is that there are lots of drugs and homeless people near bye. We didn’t have any problem with them but it wasn’t pleasant seeing all that
It is a Good long term place to stay in a centralized area of NYC. It GREAT IF you are already from the city and need a place for one night or a month, have friends or family in the vicinity, or are a seasoned world traveler. Don't feed the animals. Stayed before, would stay again. My kind of place all in all and will DEF RETURN!!

The only thing I didn't like is that there weren't very many taxis that come down that exact street you would have to walk to the next corner or the next block which makes it small inconvenience of getting where you need to go quickly.
Brilliant location and Value
I want to thank the Manager and housekeeping for being extremely thoughtful/kind in regards to my daughter's 30 bday. They put balloons, chocolates & a teddy bear (on their way) I cant express enough how surprised she was and I grateful I am to the staff. I am sincerely thankful.
Comfortable, but misleading and sticky The bed was comfortable and quiet on the 18th floor. Aside from Stephanie though, who was super attentive and kind and helpful, the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Promises to come help with issues typically led to nobody coming. We called the front desk at least 5 times from our room and they didn’t answer once. Our room’s kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived. “Housekeeping” came to “clean” it, with a bottle of water, a swifter, and some febreze. Then they still charged ... read more
