Comfortable and affordable option that's conveniently located to theatre, subway, and lots of food/coffee/bar options. Friendly staff upon check-in. No daily housekeeping because it's a longer-stay property but that's also fine because you're not rushing out in the morning.
Property was nice and convenient to downtown and the subway.

The place is nice and clean with friendly staff. The night manager was especially helpful.
暮らすように滞在できます ロケーションがすばらしく，公共図書館やペンステーションを始め主要施設に徒歩でアクセスできました．ミニキッチンと食洗機，大きめの冷蔵庫が付いているので，近所のスーパーで食材を買って自炊しました．洗濯機(無料)は地下1階で共用です．6-7台あって重宝しました．NYで暮らしているかのように過ごせました． 部屋によってはハンガーがなかったり，暖房にサーモスタットが付いていなかったりするようです．1階ロビー横に無料コーヒーサーバがありますが，正直なところあまりおいしいとはいえませんでした． トータルとしてはとてもいいアパートホテルです．次のNY滞在もここを最優先で検討したいです．
Próximo a Times e ao metrô O hotel tem uma boa localização. Fiquei no apartamento com cozinha, que possuo itens básicos e dá pra quebrar um galho. O aquecedor é antigo e fazia muito barulho. No geral a estadia foi tranquila. O hotel é antigo e os quartos possuem carpete.
