This was a very decent hotel. It was 3 blocks from Times Square. The room was nice and just big enough for 2 people. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable and I loved the kitchenette. One of the elevators was broken when we checked in but they did fix it. Our toilet clogged once and they sent someone right up to fix. In all, it was perfect for our 4 day stay and I would stay here again.
Good location close to Time square, 39th W is a very grubby street for some reason. Staff were nice and helpful, useful to have a kitchen and free laundry in the basement however only one elevator was working which was annoying. Room and hotel are in need of a complete renovation. This hotel is very tired. If you just need a bed then it’s ok but at $900 for 3 days I was disappointed. Is this the new norm of travel that we now have to accept?
It was well maintained just that there was a more appropriate place to throw out larger pieces of trash

Good sized room This was a really large room by New York standards. Plenty of storage and room to move around. Comfortable bed. My only complaints are there wasn’t enough cutlery and dishwashing detergent or cloths of an6 sort. I had to ask for them. The building has 26 floors and only one elevator was working the whole time I was there. I waited almost 15 minutes for one on the day I was leaving. Not good when I had a train to catch.
The hotel only had one elevator in working order for 32 floors, the TV was analog a quite a few of the stations did not work. Joseph who worked the front desk was fantastic. The lobby was nice, but needed to be larger for 32 floors of people.
