Superb service & great, welcoming staff. Excellent location in the heart of NYC, with great options for subway, cab, bus, and walking transit all around the city. Superbly convenient for theatergoing. Ollie's restaurant is a quick walk from the hotel.
Comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The street / sidewalk was not a pretty sight, in addition to strange characters standing around the area.
I love the convenience of the Candlewood Suites, which are relatively close to Port Authority. It's also great to have a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator (Food Emporium is also fairly close). The biggest drawback is the street, 39th. During the afternoon rush, you cannot get a cab or Uber there because of traffic going to the tunnel. If you stay there, be prepared to walk to Port Authority if you need a taxi at that time.
Great stay for Broadway shows Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.
Rooms are large for NYC, but condition is spotty, this was my second stay in 2 months and the first stay/room was better. Only 6 rooms per floor so floors are relatively quiet. Rooms on the back tend to be quieter than those on the front. 39th street can be loud.
Great amenities. Nice staff. Convenient location. Homeless situation is still quite unsettling in this area but what can they do….. I would definitely book here again.
Excelente relación precio calidad Precio calidad fue un 10. El servicio de café mal manejado, un día había al siguiente no porque no reponian café o no había Coffie Mate. Te dan un agua por día pero 2 días no te dan porque no tenían. Pero esta excelente y super la ubicación
Solo aceptan pago con Tarjeta de credito y no lo avisan con anticipación. Ubicación excelente.
