The air condition was running full blast on a cold weekend and you couldn't turn it off or turn on the heat. The worker tried and just had to turn the system off. No one cared at the hotel.
There were no hangers in the closet. The safe did not work. The heater did not operate properly. The leather chair had multiple splits and should have been discarded The cooktop edge was cracked and appeared unsafe. Really disappointed in the room, makes me question the IHG brand. The only good point of the hotel was its location. The room was so tiny. I paid for city view while the only view you could have from your window is the wall of another hotel across the road. There were very limited amenities and facilities like Towel set and soap. The common lobby was so tiny to fit even 8 people at a time.
To begin, They confirmed my reservation but didn’t have a room available for me when I arrived. It was terrible and staff wasn’t helpful. They sent me to 2 other locations. And I ended up in a Hampton inn next door.
