Horrible, just don't stay here! This hotel should have been remodeled ten years ago. Carpets are dirty, stained, old. Mattress is as old as NYC, pillows are poor, curtains are rotten, bathroom has signs of leaks (see pictures), shower just does not have steady temperature - it is either Alaska or Saara, you have to be adjusting the faucet every ten seconds. I had a stroke in Milwaukee prior to coming to this hotel. Neither Orbitz or myself or a social worker were able to reach management to cancel the appointment before my arrival. I was charged full price for the entire stay, even after contacting management, which is only possible a week after, I was supposed to check in. The hotel was neither compassionate nor respectful of my health or condition and they did nothing to accommodate the situation at all. The AC was weird with a metal or plastic part blocking the vent, which seemed a safety concern. My multiple requests for dish detergent, spatula & blankets were not responded to.
Hotel lobby was to much going on. No Security 2nd lock on the door
Staff was not friendly. Area not safe at night. Heating is terrible, either its unbearably hot or when turning the heater off it is unbearably cold. You just could not adjust the heat in our room. Staff did not clean the room even once during our 3 nights / 4 days.

주방시설이 있지만 그릇은 넉넉하지않아요. 후라이팬 1개. 남비 1개 있구요 접시 컵 몇개. 식칼 도마 없어요. 6박7일동안 청소는 해달라 해도 한번도 안해줬구요 물은 375ml인가? 하루에 두개만 줍니다. 타올은 달라면 주지만 침대커버는 본인이 직접 바꿔야됩니다. 밤에 히터 소리도 시끄러워요.주방 있는 숙소 찾아서 가긴 했지만 별로에요.딱한가지 온수는 잘나와요.
