Booked a queen room and the bed was definitely a full. The room smelled of cat piss. Felt bad for the front desk woman, only one working during checkout and process took about 40 minutes due to a long line.
Ｔhere was no room cleaning while we stayed for 6 days.Ｔhey said, we can earn one day of cleaning for 7 days. That is incredible!!
Overall I was not happy with my week long stay. The microwave did not work, The stove did not work. Despite my reporting this to the front desk several times. \Nothing was done
If you have a little bit more to spend, find another hotel. Our family of 4 had 2 separate rooms on the 32nd floor. We were fine with that because the view was great but the elevators were dingy and took forever. While the front desk people were ok at check in and check out, there really wasn't much service from any other staff. We took out the "Catch Me Later" sign at the door so they can refresh our rooms but no one came in to do so - stayed Thursday afternoon to Tuesday noon. Our room had a musty, wet dog smell. The hotel beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were not friendly and difficult to connect with. No one answered the phones for help (e.g., asking for fresh towels, toilet paper etc.). No one checked in to see if we needed our room freshened up, or needed fresh towels over the course of a 5 day stay. The valet parking was an absolute joke, as we waited for over an hour to get our vehicle upon checkout, yet they still never came, so we walked to the lot to find our vehicle.
