Never again Elevator broke during our stay and being on the 32 floor with a baby made this a huge inconvenience. Wifi stopped working mid stay and was told to call a number to report it, this should be done by the staff. There’s no water fountain so you are forced to purchase water during the stay. The blackouts are terrible and it’s almost the same as not having any. Light filters anyways from below and above. Regret staying here.
Upon arrival at the hotel, no room was available and they moved me from the original Candelwood hotel to a Hilton with a smaller room and no kitchenette as I had hired.
There was a lady at the front desk that was very unhelpful when it came to a payment issue. We expressed our disappointment but she didn’t seem to care at all. Otherwise the stay would have been a lot better experience
Hotels I'd never recommend to anyone This hotel is a place without many of the things it should have. 1. When we first got the room, the door didn't open with the card key. Someone came to fix the door, but he couldn't and we were kept waiting without being able to go out. Also, the refrigerator space was empty and there was no refrigerator installed. The closet door didn't open either. In short, the room was not supposed to have guests, but they assigned us to it. 2. The hotel does not clean the room daily, so you have to a... read more
Friendly Staff, But the Elevator not working was slowing getting in and out of the property every single time...
Good location for staying in Midtown. Staff are friendly. Bed linens were freshly changed but room cleaning was poor. There was a sock from a previous customer under the edge of the bed. Hallways were kept tidy but carpet had visible dirt for multiple days throughout our stay. Only one elevator was working, this seemed normal to staff and longer term tenants. As the hotel has 30 floors and the elevators are small wait times for an elevator regularly stretched to five minutes or more.
Good location. Good rooms but bad maintenance: during my 7 day-stay: one elevator out of order; safe deposit box & toaster broken, unreleable WIFI, bathroom wall plug out of order. Long delays to fix everything.
