26階の一室に泊まりましたが、キッチン・食器(洗剤、スポンジ、皿、鍋、スプーンなど)揃っていて不足なし。バスタオルも、風呂の栓も揃ってました。部屋は充分広くて文句なし。Wifiがちょっと調子が悪かったり、エレベーター二機の内何故か朝の忙しい時に一機稼働だったらなどあったが、それらを入れても期待以上でした。 コーヒーも自由に飲めました。24/7の受付だったので遅く帰っても大丈夫。 知り合いに勧めてもいいくらいです。
Not bad for the area For the area the room was decent sized (it's midtown Manhattan, so have reasonable expectations). The bed was comfortable and WiFi was okay. The bathroom was fairly large, again for the area. The water pressure was lacking in the shower, and the curtain rod was one of those odd curved ones that some hotel's seem to use which doesn't allow the shower curtain to go from end to end, resulting in water spraying onto the floor. Safe and clean
Good for Times Square location Very convenient location for Times Square activity. Comfortable but a bit worn condition. Nice to have kitchen facilities in room.

Muito bom O hotel é ótimo, bem completo, com cozinha toda equipada, bem próximo à Times Square, não achei a rua perigosa, tem um bar próximo muito bom que passava os jogos da NFL no happy hour, duas estações de metrô que dão acesso à diferentes linhas próximas, restaurantes próximos também. Os atendentes muito gentis, guardaram as malas antes do check in e após o check out. O quarto ainda tem carpete mas estava bem limpo e sem cheiro, tenho rinite e não senti nada. Front desk people especially Eduardo was very friendly and helpful as was the other girl on the desk. Aircon was difficult to operate especially after they had serviced it. The room was ok but a bit smelly. Location was a bit dodgy but no problems. All in all we found people in New York friendly and courteous in the main which was the same with the hotel staff.
