I choose an IHG hotel to get a reputable, clean and basic room. The room I got was below the cleanliness level I was expecting, especially for the very expensive price I paid. I was expecting better value. The loose electrical outlet at the desk was so loose that I was worried using it. And don’t bother trying the free “coffee” downstairs. If they don’t want to provide a better coffee experience, they should simply getting rid of the option
Rooms are misleading there are no couches 😂 Rooms are a bit dusty, if you have sinus issues….. don’t book this hotel.
Must stay This place is great for your last minute. Good bank for your money. Wyndham hotel cancel my reservation because my card was canceled. I forgot to update it. We had not arrived to New York. At Tampa Airport i called this hotel , i had kitchenette, bed was comfortable. Must stay

I enjoyed this property very much. My only complaint is that the bed was too firm.
Good location and amenities Eduardo was very helpful with an early check in, and the housekeeping team set up a cute display on the bed for us which was very sweet. Location is very convenient if you are attending many events at MSG or around times square, but the area is very busy with some characters about. It's not a very relaxing area where you can comfortably take a stroll and explore. The room is fine, does the job. The kitchenette and bathroom were all clean and functional.
