Brian Jacobs and his team are great to work with. They came very quickly after the plumber fixed the pipe. Brian explained the whole process and completed his part of the process very quickly. The next day, his team was there to install the drying fans and remove the wet insulation. Anytime I had a question, Brian was very helpful. Thank you for a job well done.
The entire crew were extremely professional and courteous. The work so far during mitigation process has been satisfactory. Can't wait to see the finished product.

This is my first home damage, wasn’t sure what what to expect but Mike H. made the process easy to understand and put me at ease. He was very professional, patient and thorough.
We had our floors done and Allen not only took care of our needs but he was very helpful in us selecting the right flooring, color and even match the floor with a perfect carpet color. And the team that did our flooring was beyond excellent.

I would recommend Cape Fear Flooring & Restoration. The technician who did the initial assessment was very professional. Initiated the claim with our homeownder's insurance. Talk my husband and I through the process. The technicians (Corey and Brian) who started the work were courteous and professional. They explained their process. They assurred me that Cape Fear Flooring & Restoration would follow up with my insurance company. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Two technicians from Cape Fear Flooring (Mike & Brian), came to my home to assess for water damage. Both were extremely professional!!!!!
