The Mitigation Team at Cape Fear was great. They did excellent at providing emergency water removal in my home. They were quick and efficient; no time wasted. They were friendly and kept me relaxed through the process of me watching in horror - as my danger floors were being removed down to the concrete slab. Thanks Mike H, Alvin, Sandra, Chris May, and Brian T for a job well done!

I just called Cape Fear Flooring, and am already impressed with how quickly Tiffany responded to the water damage that occurred in my home. She was at my home within a few hours, and did the initial assessment. She then returned with Kori and Eric to begin the process of eliminating the water. I am already wowed by how quickly and professionally they worked together as a team to begin the process of restoring my home. I have been working with cape fear flooring since July 2019 on some work I needed done in my master bedroom and master bathroom. The crew that was assigned for my project did an absolute amazing job. They kept me informed on the process and always had a wonderful attitude and atmosphere. So I am a new homeowner and my water heater decided to leak suddenly unknowingly to myself and family. Mrs. Sabrina was amazing when I spoke to her about obtaining help from this company. She sent out Mr. Josh who was very informative, patient and caring about the well being of my family as well. After a faulty water heater failed and leaked water in my mother’s home, we asked several people who they recommended for the repairs. One company’s name kept coming up. Cape Fear Restoration. Mr Lacy gave us a reasonable estimate and got to work right away. Even with a few setup backs , ( not Cape Fear Restoration fault) they did a Great Job. My mother and I were pleased with the end results. Thanks, for a job well done.
