The workers were plesant but they took some short cuts broke things and left 4 bags of installation they should have removed with the rest..The drying of first sub floor took 10 days with 100 degree weather outside. The mitigation process was messed up on your end with those 10 days written up at 285 causing a big delay with the insurance pay off its been 10 weeks and with small children in house with plywood floors no washer or dryer. Your worker had all 4 of his minor kids with him. They threw my fire wood all through my backyard for my fire pit. I found them when my lawn mower hit them They broke my head attachment on my Waterhouse trying to get it off.. there is grout or cement on my cabinet doors. There was something sticky & green on my countertop in clumps, soda Pepsi cans in my cabinets instead of the trash. My grout is all different colors, different levels, cracked, pot marks..I've been contacting them since July to get it fix, they just sweep m... read more

WOW! That's all I can say....left a bad review...which they deserved.....so they simply removed it......wonderful business practices!!! PEOPLE READ YOUR CONTRACTS CAREFULLY! Make sure you are getting what was discussed and not considerably LESS! Hopefully, they won't leave unsafe conditions in your home or place of business like we had to contend with......in their defense.....the contract doesn't state they will replace only remove subflooring...hence our holes!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I work for a nonprofit healthcare facility and we had water damage. We discussed having all the work done with the person who did the estimate. We ASSUMED, much to our detriment that our ESTIMATE included everything. Needless to say, $5K later and we still have no flooring or sheet rock replaced. The mold ONLY was treated and removed. The estimate included sheet rock removal, which was not done, yet we had to ask for the credit on the invoice....actually still waiting on that credit. We have been left... read more
Well I wrote one review already but that was when they were still working on my house... Thingds CHANGED when they thought they were done... 1st problem was that Mark who works there , he is a stuck up , all work, but doesn’t do a good job, unfriendly..... 2nd Problem was that my master bathroom was wet also but they made us pay for it.. When they should have.. They argued w/us about that until they were done...Finally they got an Insurance check w/our names on. it& we wouldn’t sign it until they were done w/the moister barr... read more
Mr. Lacey was my Project Manager and Mr. Allen was person in charge of floors but after our toilet leak and caused damage to our wood floors I remember that Cape Fear Floor Insulated my crawl space when we had water damage in April 2018. However the wonderful experience the previous customers got and the great customer service from Mr. Allen the Cruthirds Family we’re not so fortunate.
