We had a toilet leak around August 20, 2019 and contacted our insurance company because it caused damage to our wood floors and in our laundry room and underneath our crawl space. We had to stay in a hotel for about 10 days because Mr. Allen contracted Mark to sand our floors and cover our cabinets and the areas not to be sanded. I had a leak in water heater closet. They came in and set up fans, a heater, and dehumidifier. Under the house, they pulled down the wet insulation in that area. (30 in x 30 in) That was $1200.!! I had black mold stuff still in the closet. They left drywall pieces with black all over it attached to wall. They "sprayed" the area with some chemicals, but i have since sprayed it multiple times myself. Not sure what it looks like under house, as i havent had a chance to go in the crawl space. I requested a quote back on February 25th. It took them two weeks to come and look at it and was told they would have a price for me in a weeks. After 2 weeks I never got a call so I called them. I was told someone needed to come back out and redo measurements again. They said it would be a day or two before the man the needed to do it would be able to call me to set up an appointment to do so. Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful with providing assistance. I purchased two 25 pound bags of Grout with color mix. The Grout comes is 25 pound bags and 12.5 round bags. We used one 25 pound bag and just needed a small bit to finish the job. I called and asked to request to exchange the unopened 25 pound bag for a 12.5 pound bag. The owner said he couldn't do it. I then asked where I could get the 12.5 pound bag and got no answer. I didn't want to waste 25 Pounds of grout for a five minute completion process. I was lite... read more
