I'm up in the air. Everyone so far has been very helpful and friendly. The roof project was fast and looked great. Our gutters look great, and our siding is getting there. However there have been some lack of communication around certain times, and fixes. Our trim didn't end up the right color on our main door in the end and we gave up because the project was going long and we knew the other color wouldnt look bad. From start to finish, a fine job. From Matt who oversaw the job, to Miguel the supervisor, to each and every worker, all were professional and respectful to a "t". Easy access to administrative staff also was most appreciated. The end result way exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Capital Construction Contracting with no reservation. Communication with the customer is very poor. I’ve been dealing with a siding issue that was installed last fall and finally had someone show today to inspect. Two previous times no shows and no communication from office. I had to call three times to get someone today. I feel the company is shady and regret having CC do any work on my house.

Although the windows were measured incorrectly twice, the company rectified the situation. Additionally, windows were delivered to the house unexpectedly, contacted sales rep, but he failed to call me back resulting in me lifting & placing windows in garage for safe keeping until installation was scheduled. Customers should be provided with one contact, calls from too many company reps led to confusion on who to call when the incorrect sized windows were brought in for installation.
