The estimation process was clear and within what 'worked for us'. The estimates were accurate, clear and easy to understand. Capital has excellent expertise in dealing with our Historical Commission and process and the work we've had done was according to Historical standards not to mention high quality....
We were really happy with them. They were very responsive to our needs and finished the work that we needed done very quickly.
Dave is very professional as are all of his sub contractors. Communication is excellent and you're never left in the dark as to when the job will be completed or what the next step needs to take place.

To be honest, they really didn't fall short. They did a substantial job for us - replacing siding and I found the whole experience to be great! I got stressed a couple of times but this was not on Capital Construction in fact they calmed me down, it had more to do with difficult neighbors!
Work crew not attentive enough to details. Butt joints not tight on trim. Siding not completely level( did not use level line on installation).
Punch work at end of the job i.e. reattaching items that were removed still has not been completed. Porta Potty and material is still in the driveway. Several nails were picked up from driveway
I found my experience very frustrating. In many cases promises made were not fulfilled. There were days when I expected installers to be on site, but they didn't come. The siders covered over the connections to my doorbells. When I mentioned it to the project manager, the installers pulled them through the bend in the siding instead of the middle of it so the electrician had to install them in an odd angle.
