Terrible experience. I had to manage the project. There were lots of mistakes (e.g., pre-painted boards showed up wet and peeling). I got a stern talking to by an employee for asking simple questions. And to finish the job it required the team return 3 times because the work was not finished properly. It was the worst contractor experience I've had.

The sales process was detailed with good follow-up but there is definitely overpromising and underdelivering with Capital. Communication was not great unless they were looking for payment. They are a very responsible and trustworthy company. I think at times they may get overbooked with jobs, so projects get delayed. But they are worth the wait!

They explained exactly what they were going to do and and did a great job. They left the work area clean and neat every day. They walked me through the job when it was finished and made sure every I was satisfied with their work.I think if any issues were missed they would come back till I was satisfied.

We had a porch and front steps added; the construction work was good overall but I would have liked more attention to detail on the finish for the amount we paid: the surface areas of the siding and external trim were scratched and dirty and required my cleaning and painting them; the end rails for the...
