My experience with Capital Construction has been mixed: some issues with their sub-contractor for gutters. Did a terrible job and their largest mistake has not been fixed yet. What is worse: the mistake is on the front of the house. I might not have made an issue of it if it was on the back of the house; but it isn't. The communication between the salesman and the people hired to do the work was not very good. Things done at the beginning of the project weren't correct. Communication at very beginning was off so it delayed the project.

The purchase pressure during the pitch and lack of follow-through will not allow me to provide a positive recommendation for Capital Construction. During the "pitch" I was offered a discounted rate that was then "re-negged" because it did not apply to masonry work which is what was being done at my home. The job started in August and lasted one week, however Capital Construction did not return until November to repair issues identified by the Project Manager during the final walkthrough. They did not do what they promised and agreed to do. They said I would get my warranty, and that did not mean anything because they never sent me any paperwork on it.

I would not recommend Capital Construction. The quality of construction, oversight and communication did not meet the standards sold to us by their salesman.
