Ultimately the work was completed to our satisfaction but, customer communication was disconnected and frustrating.
See my answer to question 9. The end result was acceptable, but the stress and frustration to resolve problems leave me unable to recommend them. They failed to supervise their subcontractor, did not have a project manager on site as promised, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix their mistakes. I am a professional project engineer in the aerospace industry, and ended up managing the project while working full time.
